You are responsible for entering a correct and working email address at checkout, because your product is delivered to that address. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by a wrong, inactive or misspelled email ID.
After your payment is confirmed, access details or a download link are sent to your registered email address, normally within a few minutes and in all cases within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, check your spam and promotions folders and then contact our support team.
